NovelCyto®Microwell Single-Cell Capture Platform is a complete single-cell transcriptome solution developed by NovelBio, integrating hardware instruments, capture beads, specialized chips, barcoding reagents, and library preparation components.

Technical Principle

The NovelCyto® Microwell Single-Cell Capture Platform utilizes a proprietary microwell array system to isolate and capture individual cells. Specifically, when a cell suspension is loaded into the microchip, both the cells and magnetic beads settle independently into distinct microwells via gravitational settling, achieving highly efficient single-cell separation and capture.

Flexible Handling – Broad Tissue Compatibility The NovelCyto® Single-Cell Capture Platform supports a wide range of tissue types, including samples with low cell input (≥30,000 cells) or challenging preparations such as high debris content. 2. Superior Data Quality – Proprietary Barcoded Beads Through in-house probe design and bead chemistry optimization, we have enhanced cell barcode recognition, significantly lowering background noise in sequencing data and improving mRNA capture efficiency.
